The developer for this Elmvale development (Gallo) is asking for a three year extension to Phase I and a five year extension for Phase II to draft plan approval.
Phase I of the the draft approved subdivision comprises of 75 residential lots for single detached housing as well as blocks for a place of worship, a commercial use, park purposes and special residential purposes.
Phase II comprises of 75 residential lots single detached housing as well as 2 medium density blocks for twelve (12) townhouse units. Both phases are to be serviced by the
municipal water and sanitary systems.
Council deliberated and resolved that the Township of Springwater does not object to the extension of Draft Plan Approval for Phases I – 1 year, and Phase II – 3 years; and that the County of Simcoe be so notified.
