Please find important information and contact details regarding voter letters for the upcoming municipal election:

Please note that the Voter Information Letters (VIL) containing electors voting instructions have been mailed through Canada Post and could arrive in mailboxes as early as tomorrow. The VIL’s have been mailed early due to the potential Canada Post strike.

Post cards will also be mailed out early next week to all Springwater homes, whether they are on the voters list or not, advising of the VIL mail out. This post card will also include voting methods and how to get added to the voters list. These cards will be handed out at the Midhurst Autumn Fest and the Elmvale Fall Fair. If you would like some post cards, please let me know.

If a residents approaches you and advises that they have not received their VIL by October 1, please direct them to contact the Clerks Department at 705-728-4784 x 2015 or at election@springwater.ca .

Administration Centre – Monday to Friday 8:30 amto 4:30 pm

Hillsdale Elementary School – Saturday, October 13 from 10am to 2pm

Administration Centre – Saturday, October 20 and Sunday October 21 from 12pm to 4pm (office will be open only for this purpose)

Electors may also visit any of the above locations to vote electronically by bringing their Voter Information Letter with them.
